The Feynman Technique: if you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it.
Step 1: Ask AI to explain a concept at a beginner level
Step 2: Try to explain it back in your own words
Step 3: Ask AI to identify gaps in your explanation
Step 4: Repeat until your explanation is solid

Use analogies from everyday Thai life.
Keep it under 300 words.
Then ask me 3 questions to check my understanding.
After answering, continue:

[write your explanation]
What am I missing? What did I get wrong?
Prompt:

My background: [what you already know]
My goal: [what you want to be able to do]
Time available: [e.g., 2 hours per week for 4 weeks]
Create a step-by-step learning plan with:

2. Key concepts per week
3. One practical exercise per week
4. How to verify I understood correctly
